This Survey Tutorial will guide you through creating your survey, collecting data from users, and analyzing the results. In Section 1 of "Survey Design", you will learn how to create a new survey from the "Survey Manager" page. Section 2 discusses the various question types that you can choose and how to add them to your survey. In Section 3, you will learn about how to group questions together and how to create a matrix of questions. Section 4 provides information on how to add, preview, and test pages in the "Survey Editor". Section 5 discusses how to edit questions and pages if you want to make any changes to them. Section 6 provides information on how to implement question skip logic and page skip logic. Section 7 shows you how to save and exit your pages. Section 8 discusses how to adjust the look and feel for your survey. Section 9 discusses how to upload recordings for when users take your survey over the phone. Section 10 demonstrates how to create a clone of your survey and how to delete a survey.

For "Data Collection", you will learn how to transition your survey from Edit stage to Testing stage and how to set up your survey to be taken via web or phone in Section 1. In Section 2, you will learn how to adjust the settings and restrictions for collecting data. In Section 3, you will learn how to transition your survey from Testing stage to Deployed stage. In Section 4, you will learn how to create a list of contacts and how to create campaigns to make outbound calls to respondents.

For "Data Analysis", you will learn how to filter and view individual responses from your survey takers in Section 1. In Section 2, you will learn how to adjust the options for viewing your summary report. In Section 3, you will learn how to use the filters to filter only the responses that you want to view in your summary. In Section 4, you will learn how to analyze the data for your responses. In Section 5, you will learn how to export your data into Excel/CSV format to analyze in a spreadsheet. In Section 6, you will learn how to extract responses in CSV format or audio responses by means of a web service.
